It's back in the pool time!
Buttin bought TWO pools for Cub today - one to use right away and one as a spare in case the first one gets torn or yucky.
The new pool is about twice the size of last year's pool! We splurged for the $15 pool, instead of the $10 one.
It was a little on the chilly side, but it was a beautiful day. Cub took to the water like no time (it's been about five months) had passed since he last went swimming.
I'm looking forward to many more afternoons in the pool.

I feel like my morning was well spent teaching Cash a few new things. Teaching him that hitting someone in the face with a toy elicits laughter and funny noises was an awesome lesson because I know he will start hitting his classmates in the face and that this will result in more notes sent home, incident reports (the precursor to police reports), and parent/teacher conferences. Cash is like the gift that keeps on giving for playing pranks on Stephanie.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to teach him how to throw water balloons at strangers, to leave bags of poop on the neighbor's porches, to start fires, and to scream "rape" at Target. The good times are just beginning.

PS: Max is hiding in the corner crying and won't let anyone touch his nose. Wonder why?
