Marathon Training - Weekly Update

I still plan on running the marathon with Lumpy. I should be around 20 weeks by November 15th.

I probably will not be very fast (but that wasn't going to be an issue even without Lumpy), but I'm still really looking forward to it. The training isn't always fun, especially in August - but here's what I did this week:

This Week: 8/24 - 8/30

Total Miles Completed: 32.53

Average Pace : I got a little faster (around 12:33 min/mile)

  1. Hi Stephanie! THanks for reading my blog. I love the name of yours. Before we found out that our baby was a boy, we called it "Baby Lumpy!" So I had a chuckle when I saw the name of your blog. I say go for your marathon, provided you take it nice and easy and listen to your body--oh and you get the blessing from your care provider. I had a great second trimester and running felt good. Many times I felt like I wasn't even pregnant. However, now at almost 30 weeks, I definitely feel pregnant! Good luck with your training and have fun. It's so nice to have a running partner who won't complain! It may sit on your bladder sometime, but that's about it!
