Penelope Is Back!

A while ago, I wrote about Penelope our outside stray cat.

Well, Penelope (we call him/her Peenie for short) has been absent for a couple of months. Buttin and I worried about Peenie, but figured he/she had found another house that served better cat food.

Happily, Peenie came back yesterday! He/She was meowing for food in the normal way , but looked VERY, VERY skinny. We figure Peenie either had kittens (and is a girl) or was trapped under a very large piece of furniture for a couple of months.

Peenie is looking a little rough, but we'll get Peenie fattened up soon.
