Marathon Training - Weekly Update

This Week: 8/31 - 9/5

Total Miles Completed: 31.12

Average Pace : I got slower (around 12:50 min/mile)

I did a little over 15 miles for my long run yesterday. I felt just fine except the bottom of my left foot started to hurt. I think it's time to look for some new shoes.

I seem to have found a good combination of foods for the long run. A poptart pre-run, gummy bears and chocolate gu during the run. Hopefully, I can maintain this eating strategy for 26.2 miles.
