I have been listening to this book for the last couple of weeks while running. The story is not at all what I expected, but I still really enjoyed it. If you're looking for a flight of fancy book about a boy and his dogs, this book is not for you. If you want a thoughtful look at the many relationships that make up a life (including human and animal) with a somewhat ambiguous ending - then you'll like it and recommend it.
